Qualifications

• Healthy, compassionate woman eligible for gestational surrogacy.
• Be between ages 21-39; BMI under 30; has one successful pregnancy; US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancy for intended parents; participate in medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the process.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency line.
