Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• Healthy and compassionate with commitment to the process.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents by participating as gestational surrogate.
• Receive comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support from the agency.
• Engage in a surrogate journey with ongoing guidance and payment on time.
• Attend monthly surrogate support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
