Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Assist with surrogacy journey with support from the agency
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional guidance provided by the agency
• Attend monthly support meetings and use dedicated support resources
