Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 39 years old.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• BMI below 30 must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the surrogacy journey, including medical, legal, and emotional aspects.
• Coordinate with agency staff to ensure intake, payments, and support are on schedule.
