Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) Under 30

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancies for intended parents as part of a surrogacy journey.
• Receive comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the process.
• Attend monthly surrogate support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
• Access a 24-hour emergency support line and timely, on-time payments through our intake process.
