Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional support.
• Follow agency processes and attend routine medical steps as directed.
• Participate in monthly support meetings and maintain communication with your case manager.
