Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy for intended parents and ensure medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the journey.
• Follow agency guidance and participate in the intake and payment processes.
