Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21–39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy prior.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (legal eligibility).
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services under agency guidelines.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes with the agency team.
• Receive compensation and allowances as outlined by the program.
