Our program provides structured payments including a base compensation, signing bonus, monthly allowances, and milestone bonuses, with additional allowances for medications, travel, and maternity needs.

Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 39 years old at time of delivery.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident status is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy process with medical, legal, and emotional support from our agency.
• Follow medical protocols and attend required appointments as guided by the agency and clinicians.
• Collaborate with intended parents and your dedicated case manager to ensure a smooth journey.
