Job summary

Cemex US offers a 10-week Corporate Global Enterprise Services Internship Development Program designed for current college students. As an Internship Development Professional, you will gain hands-on experience in core GES functions including financial accounting and business analysis, starting in May each year.

You will work on safety, project-based experiences, and skill-building, with mentorship and leadership exposure in a collaborative, on-site environment at Cemex USA in Jersey Village, TX.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• GPA 2.5 or above, preference for 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; solid understanding of accounting, P&L, balance sheet, and financial modeling.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on projects within Global Enterprise Services operations.
• Learn and contribute across core GES functions including financial accounting and business analysis.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and mentorship.
• Present project outcomes to leadership and build professional networks.
• Support safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
