Job summary

Cemex USA is offering a 10-week Corporate Strategic Planning Internship Development Program for rising college students, starting May each year. As an Intern Development Professional (IDP), you will explore Corporate Strategic Planning activities, including Financial Analysis, Budget & Control, and Business Development, gaining hands-on experience.

This on-site internship includes a 40-hour week, safety emphasis, mentorship, and opportunities to present project results to leadership.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, junior year.
GPA 2.5+ preferred; GPA 3.0+ favored.
Proven leadership potential and proactive problem solving.
Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of statistics/financial modeling.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
