Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least junior year standing.
• GPA 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership qualities and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; solid understanding of accounting, P&L, balance sheet, and financial modeling.
• Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork.
