Job summary

Cemex US is launching a Corporate Global Enterprise Services Internship Development Program in Houston. This 10-week, May-start internship provides hands-on experience in GES, including financial accounting and business analysis.

You will work on safety, project-based tasks, skills building, networking, and documenting outcomes for leadership review. On-site with mentorship and growth opportunities throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least junior year.
• GPA 2.5+; preference for 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem solving.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; understanding of accounting processes.
• Ability to work on-site, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in core GES functions, including financial accounting and business analysis.
• Engage in project-based work to understand end-to-end processes within GES.
• Develop both technical and soft skills through real-world tasks and mentorship.
• Present project outcomes to leadership and build a professional network.
