Job summary

RWS in Germany is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in German. This freelance, part-time role is remote with a flexible 10+ hour weekly schedule and starting immediately.

You will conduct short voice conversations with AI models, follow prompts, evaluate responses for relevance and clarity, and provide ratings per guidelines. The position is ideal for students or gig workers seeking flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Native-level German fluency required.
• Fluent or advanced English (B2–C2) required.
• Experience in machine learning tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within quality and productivity expectations.
