Agency is seeking a German language specialist to help advance AI language models. You will evaluate grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics and pragmatics, providing rigorous linguistic analysis and error traces.

You will work remotely as a contractor, with pay determined by experience and location, in a mid-senior capacity. Strong scholarly or applied linguistics background is expected, with ability to show your work during evaluations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in German language, linguistics, or related field.
• Strong grasp of German grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics and pragmatics.

Responsabilités

• Converse with the model on language scenarios to test and challenge its capabilities.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
• Document reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompts and evaluation metrics.
