Trimble’s Transporeon division is seeking a Business Consultant/Sales Engineer to bridge customer challenges and technology, shaping the digital transformation of global supply chains.

You will architect high-value integration scenarios and lead workshops with international clients, crafting business cases that drive multi-million euro outcomes. This role offers exposure to large shippers and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic LogTech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or LogTech.
• Fluency in German and English; ability to lead workshops with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional technical designs for ERP/TMS integrations.
• Experience designing integration landscapes between ERP and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workshops with international clients to uncover operational inefficiencies and present tailored solution scenarios.
• Architect integration solutions for ERP and TMS systems aligned with our product architecture.
• Drive complex tenders by coordinating cross-functional teams for RFI/RFP responses.
• Consultative value creation by developing business cases and value propositions.
• Mentor sales teams on supply chain best practices and market trends.
