Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding German-speaking customer service across phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and general information concerning the Food & Beverage offerings.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Document all customer interactions precisely and provide regular reports on customer feedback and issues.
• Support marketing initiatives by gathering and reporting customer insights.
