Are you passionate about travel and ready to help customers plan unforgettable cruise experiences? We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious project.

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Portugal or ready to relocate. Candidates outside this area will not be considered. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)
  • Location: Remote in Portugal


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise
  • Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
  • Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
  • Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Required Profile:

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently
