Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater - German Speaking for a remote/virtual part-time role. The Clinical Specialist will review scales, provide guidance on methodology and scoring, and support rater performance through mock interviews. Master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in psychiatric assessments are required.

Fluency in English and native-level German are required. Duties include calibration activities, live feedback sessions, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and rating scales (MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CGI, PANSS, AIMS, BARS, LSAS, PGI-S).
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
Experience in CNS trials preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with all relevant documents.
Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
