IQVIA seeks a clinical specialist who is fluent in German to support psychiatric assessments in a remote role. You will review scales, coach raters, and participate in calibration activities while ensuring data integrity and clear documentation.

The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, 3+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations, and strong communication skills. Remote work with limited monthly hours is offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, or Social Work (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and scales, in trials.
• Experience with CNS trials preferred; fluent in English; German native-level.

Mansioni

• Review scales and case data; ensure standardized assessment practices.
• Provide live feedback and guidance on methodology and scoring with raters.
• Support rater performance through functional assessments and mock interviews.
• Prepare documentation and communication materials for trials.
• Participate in orientation, calibration, and required training activities.
