Qualifications
- Fluent German (written and spoken) required.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation assistance may be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests promptly.
- Resolve customer queries professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records in Booking.com’s reservation system.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve service quality goals.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Self-mufficient and able to work independently or as part of a team.
