Position Overview

Epic is seeking a German Quality Manager to join our team based in Madison, WI. This role involves testing life-saving software, collaborating with developers, and ensuring the quality and localization of our software products for German-speaking healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test and ensure the quality of Epic's software, focusing on usability and bug detection.
2. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and support localization efforts.
3. Work closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

1. Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
2. Experience translating from American English into German is preferred.
3. Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
4. Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
5. COVID-19 vaccination required.
6. Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (TN under NAFTA is acceptable).
