Syndigo is seeking a German-speaking Product Data Specialist to capture, maintain, and validate product data in the GDSN data pool. The role handles high-volume data tasks and customer requests, ensuring data accuracy and proper billing.

The role requires 1+ year in data entry/back-office operations, strong German skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. Remote work is available for Poland-based candidates, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• German proficiency required for all customer communication, systems, and documentation.
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, data operations, or back-office administration.
• Completed commercial or administrative apprenticeship/degree or relevant operational experience.
• Ability to learn complex systems and apply rules consistently.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain product master data in the GDSN data pool with accuracy.
• Process high volumes of customer orders for a defined portfolio in the GDSN data pool.
• Communicate with customers in German via email and calls for data updates and clarifications.
• Ensure correct billing of services according to pricing structures.
• Maintain high data quality in CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Contribute to operational projects and deepen knowledge of GDSN data handling.
• Perform general administrative and commercial tasks.
