Alignerr Corp. sucht eine/n professionelle/n deutschsprachige/n Voice Actor, der/die hochwertige Audioaufnahmen erstellt und AI-generierte Sprache bewertet, um Modelle natürlicher und ausdrucksstarker Stimmen zu trainieren.

Sie arbeiten remote, flexibel und eigenständig an vertraglich vereinbarten Aufgaben, mit der Möglichkeit auf weitere Projekte. Technische Ausrüstung und ein ruhiger Aufnahmebereich sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifications

• Fließendes Deutsch, native oder nahezu muttersprachlich.
• Berufserfahrung in Sprecherrollen (Voice acting, Narration, Audiobooks, Dubbing).
• Zugang zu professionellem Aufnahme-Equipment und ruhigem Raum.
• Hervorragende Ausdrucksfähigkeit in verschiedenen Stilen.
• Gutes Gespür für Aussprache, Takt und Lautstärke.
• Detailorientierung bei Bewertung von Audioqualität.

Responsibilities

• Aufnahmen von klarem, hochqualitativem Germanisch-Audios unter Nutzung bereitgestellter Skripte.
• Bewertung von AI-generierter Sprache auf Natürlichkeit, Genauigkeit und Ausdruck.
• Konstruktives Feedback zur Verbesserung der synthetischen Stimme.
• Überarbeitung von Skripten, damit sie natürlich klingen und gut zu liefern sind.
• Eigenständige, asynchrone Arbeit nach eigenem Zeitplan.

German - Generalist Voice Actor (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional German-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping train the next generation of voice AI systems to sound natural, expressive, and human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, a professional setup, and a passion for great audio.

Note: This role supports AI speech development and does not involve any voice cloning activities.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity German voice audio using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and overall quality
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice output
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio roles
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable space
• Able to deliver consistent, engaging, and well-articulated performances across a range of styles and tones
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, pacing, tone, and overall vocal clarity
• Detail-oriented when evaluating and providing feedback on audio quality

Nice to Have

• Experience recording for commercial, corporate, animation, or e-learning projects
• Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Awareness of regional German accent variations — Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
• Prior exposure to AI voice tools or speech evaluation workflows
