Job summary

Welo Data is seeking experienced Data Quality Analysts in Redmond, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring Data Labeling Associates, auditing their work, and ensuring high standards of data integrity. Required qualifications include 2–4 years in QA or data annotation, professional-level proficiency in German, and a University Degree. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, QA, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Professional-level proficiency in German and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
• Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of Data Labeling Associates and provide actionable feedback.
• Act as the first line of defense for the team in complex linguistic queries.
• Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new associates.
• Monitor workflows and identify blockers to escalate risks.
• Contribute insights to evolve project guidelines.
