Job summary

Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Analyst to join our onsite team supporting speech and language AI systems. You will perform high-volume labeling tasks with attention to detail and strict guidelines, ensuring accurate, well-structured datasets.

This 40-hour-per-week, full-time role requires native German, strong written communication, and at least 1 year of data labeling experience or a related degree. Onsite locations include NYC, Seattle, Bay Area, and other client sites.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Strong written communication skills.
• 1 year of data labeling experience or a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech datasets.
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging.
• Maintain throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear cases appropriately.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions.
