Dandy is hiring a Clinical Support Expert who specializes in aligners to join our Customer Experience Team. You will serve as a high-level clinical authority, tackling complex cases and driving quality improvements across the organization.

With 5+ years in a high-volume dental lab and 3Shape CAD/CAM experience, you will coach others, manage escalations, and translate clinical feedback into actionable lab orders, while maintaining outstanding doctor relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a high-volume lab setting in digital dental workflows.
• 3Shape CAD/CAM design experience in aligners required.
• Strong knowledge of removables, implants, crowns and bridges.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex clinical inquiries and escalations with precision.
• Manage booked calls and advise on complex case issues.
• Serve as SME for training new hires and coaching frontline teams.
• Collaborate across teams to improve clinical processes and outcomes.
• Review and update Knowledge Base articles for accuracy.
