Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a full-time Program Director for Geriatric Medicine to lead the Lancaster General Health Physicians Geriatrics practice. The role reports to the Executive Medical Director and drives strategic, clinical, and operational excellence across multiple settings.

The position requires board certification/eligibility in geriatrics, a PA license, and a minimum of three years in geriatrics. The program director will also maintain an active clinical practice within our network and

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in geriatric medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in geriatrics.
• Active medical license, or ability to obtain, in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the geriatrics department.
• Oversee operations across ambulatory, post-acute, home-based and consultative care settings.
• Maintain an active clinical practice within the network.
