Job summary
Penn Medicine in Lancaster is seeking a full-time Program Director for Geriatric Medicine to lead the strategic, clinical, quality, and operational direction of the geriatric services across ambulatory and post-acute settings.
Reporting to the Executive Medical Director of Primary Care and Population Health, you will shape workforce, foster growth, and participate in clinical practice within our extended-care network while maintaining a clinical presence.
Qualifications
- Board certified/eligible in Geriatric Medicine
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in geriatrics
- Active medical license, or ability to obtain, in the state of Pennsylvania
