AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Staff Physician to deliver comprehensive primary care to participants in the PACE program. You will participate in the Interdisciplinary Team, provide patient-centered care across the PACE center, homes, and facilities, and coordinate with specialists.

The role requires board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics, CA license, and DEA license, with EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified and eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics.
• Active unrestricted CA physician license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to PACE participants.
• Manage a defined patient panel and promote wellness.
• Coordinate care with specialists and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
