Responsibilities

• Clinical: Staff Physician provides comprehensive medical care in the Community Living Center and conducts admission H&P, assessments, diagnoses, and management plans.
• Mentorship: Supervises geriatric fellows, residents, medical students, and other trainees; coordinates inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Quality and education: Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and accreditation activities; engages in education with rotating trainees and faculty appointments.
