Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO with full, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in geriatric medicine preferred.
• Ability to lead clinical operations in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and clinical operations for the 120-bed VA Community Living Center (CLC) in Martinez.
• Provide mentorship to nurse practitioners and physician staff; support teaching of trainees.
• Partner with nursing leadership on Quality Improvement initiatives and program expansion.
