Job summary

The Department of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine is seeking a geriatric psychiatrist to join its outpatient care team. This position will provide outpatient clinical services at the Byrd Institute and will conduct and manage various clinical trials.

The successful candidate will contribute to patient care in outpatient settings, participate in research trials, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within USF Health.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency training program.
  • Must meet university criteria for faculty appointment to the rank of assistant professor, associate or professor.
  • Candidates must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
  • This candidate must obtain credentialing with USF Health.
  • Board Certified/Eligible in: PSYCHIATRY
  • Geriatric Psychiatry experience.
