Qualifications

• Graduation from a California BRN-recognized NP program with a master’s or doctoral degree in the desired patient population.
• Minimum six months of experience as a Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients across UCSF Health facilities.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ACE program expansion.
• Develop and deliver educational programs to increase geriatrics competencies.
