Job summary

Necnic Group Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Full-time Primary Care NP/PA (Geriatrics) for the Fresno area in Central California. This role offers comprehensive outpatient assessments and chronic disease management within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You'll coordinate care with physicians, specialists, therapists, and nursing teams, with rotating evening and weekend call, and opportunities for leadership and professional growth. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed California NP or PA with prescriptive authority and DEA (or eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience.
• Experience caring for older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient assessments and chronic disease management for older adults.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, therapists, and nursing teams.
• Work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team model.
• Participate in rotating evening and weekend call.
• Take on leadership and professional growth opportunities.
