Job summary

Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL seeks an Advanced Practice Provider NP to join the Geriatrics team at TGMG. You will provide nursing and medical services in post-acute settings, with autonomous practice and collaboration with supervising physicians to manage acute and chronic conditions.

Applicants should have APRN or PA licensure with board certification (PA-C, FNP, AGPCNP); experience in skilled nursing facilities or geriatrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA licensure and board certification as a PA-C, FNP, or AGPCNP.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities or geriatrics preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a supervising physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and medical services to individuals and groups in post-acute facilities.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic diseases in geriatrics.
• Maintain annual protocols with supervising physicians as required.
