Job summary

Samaritan Health Services is seeking an LPN to assist practitioners in Urgent Care and geriatrics clinics. You will help with patient care, pharmacy communications, and charting under supervision within your scope of practice.

Qualified candidates hold an Oregon LPN license, current BLS, and have at least six months of clinical experience. Preference given to those with prior geriatrics or clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon LPN license is required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required at hire or soon after.
• Six (6) months related experience required; clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioner in Urgent Care and/or specialty clinic
• Process telephone prescription orders/refills
• Maintain patient records and relay test results
• Provide safe, quality nursing care under supervisor within scope of practice
