Kaiser Permanente in Oregon seeks an LPN to participate with the health care team in delivering quality, patient-centered care. The role provides nursing and administrative support to clinicians, performing direct and indirect patient care using both simple and complex nursing skills.

The LPN will conduct focused assessments, triage routine conditions, document in the EMR, and support care planning under RN/clinician supervision. Strong communication and computer literacy are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Practical Nurse License required with Oregon state eligibility.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
