Job summary

Qualifications

• Ambulatory care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused nursing assessment and triage under RN/clinician supervision.
• Provide direct patient care and education during visits and procedures.
• Document nursing care in the electronic medical record per protocol.
• Assist with clinical tasks and procedures within scope of practice.
• Support clinic workflow and coordinate patient scheduling as needed.
