Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and/or assists with care per scope of practice.
• Manages medication administration and treatment under supervision.
• Documents care and resident status per guidelines and regulations.
• Participates in rounds with physicians and care team.
• Coordinates care plans and communicates changes to team and family.
• Maintains narcotic records and medication carts.
