The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Geriatrics will plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care for Eskenazi Health patients, under the direction of a collaborating physician. This individual will provide the full scope of services under their individual field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and coordination of care.
