Job summary

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a BE/BC Geriatrician for a full-time opportunity to support a growing geriatrics program. The role focuses on post-acute and long-term patient care in skilled nursing facilities and onsite clinic support.

After-hour coverage is provided by the MD Triage team, and there are no weekend requirements. We offer competitive income with guaranteed salary, relocation allowance, and shareholder eligibility after two years.

Qualifications

• California medical license required.
• Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine required.
• DEA certificate required.
• Board eligible/certified in geriatrics (BE/BC) required.
