Qualifications

• California medical license required.
• Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine required.
• DEA certificate required.
• Board eligible/certified in geriatrics (BE/BC) required.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute and long-term patient care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Onsite clinic ancillary, primary care and specialty support.
