The position offers opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows, with time for academic activities, mentoring teams, and potential collaboration in research and palliative care.

Qualifications

• ABIM Certification in Geriatric Medicine
• Credentialed at Boston Medical Center
• Current MA professional medical license, Federal DEA and MA Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to home bound elders and work in the Geriatrics Ambulatory Clinic.
• Attend on the Geriatrics inpatient teaching service and/or our Geriatric Inpatient consult service.
• Academic opportunities for training/mentoring medical students, internal medicine residents, and fellows in Geriatric Medicine and Geriatric Oncology.
