Job summary
CareMed Health Solutions is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to serve residents in long-term care facilities in Kentucky. You will provide wound care, manage medications per state law, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Unrestricted NP license in Kentucky.
- Board certification required.
- Wound care experience in long-term care preferred.
- Experience with wound VACs and DME is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care services for long-term care patients.
- Prescribe medications per KY law, including controlled substances.
- Order, review, and follow-up treatments and tests.
- Communicate with nursing home staff regarding patient condition.
- Collaborate with primary care physician and care team.
