Job summary
Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) in Lombard, IL to provide clinical support for residents on a NOC PRN schedule. The role requires an active nursing license and experience in geriatric care.
The Nurse will assist with medications, care plans, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the team. The position offers hourly pay between $32.75 and $36.20, commensurate with experience, and includes eligibility for comprehensive health, dental, and vision
Qualifications
- State regulations knowledge for compliance.
- Graduate of practical nursing program.
- Current LPN or RN license and registration.
- Three years’ experience in geriatric assessment preferred.
- Compassion and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident admission processes including screening and assessment.
- Deliver care per resident care plans and monitor changes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Coordinate with physicians and outside providers for resident care.
- Document care provided and observe resident changes.
- Maintain knowledge of state regulations and procedures.
