You will deliver care directly to residents and support their functional goals. You will assess needs, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards of care.

Competenze

• Current Georgia therapy license.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting.
