Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW) to provide compassionate psychiatric care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously while leveraging strong clinical and administrative support from our team.

Flexible, Monday–Friday day-shift schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality mental health care to older adults across Washington,

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure as Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW (MD, DC, VA, or PA).
• Licensed professionals with experience serving older adults in long-term care.
• Ability to work autonomously within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling to residents.
• Coordinate care with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services).
• Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGS protocols.
• Educate staff and support holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
