Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Therapist (Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW) to provide compassionate mental health care in skilled nursing and long-term care environments across multiple PA locations. No on-call, with a Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.

You will work autonomously yet with strong clinical and administrative support, delivering individual and family counseling and coordinating care with nursing and facility teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW (PA required).
• Ability to work independently in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Strong engagement with residents and families to support mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling to residents.
• Coordinate care with facility leadership and nursing teams.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and facility protocols.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
