Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services is seeking a Therapist (Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW) to provide compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This full-time role offers autonomy with a robust clinical and administrative support team.

You will work Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with no nights or on-call. Licensure in PA is required, and benefits include employer-paid health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan with

Qualifications

• State licensure as Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA).
• Monday-Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling to residents.
• Coordinate care and consult with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services).
• Adhere to state and federal guidelines and PGS protocols.
• Educate staff and support holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
